Secondary history education

Our program is designed to prepare teachers of adolescents, largely at the secondary school level. It leads to grades 6 - 12 teacher certification in the teaching field of history for the state of Georgia. Candidates complete the equivalent of a major in history and a second major in pedagogical studies. .
