1 / 1. Ford Inline Six, 200, 250, 4.9L / 300 - Grinding in reverse - Recently bought a 93 F150 4.9L with an auto transmission. Just make sure to flush the cooling system throughly with distilled water with block plugs removed. As for coolant system like Buddy posted any filter base will do, IRRC RiffRaff made one for the OBS, not sure about now.

There’s probably a few quirks with going aftermarket though and I’d want to research the options heavily. I think the aftermarket big screens on a 17-21 dash look better than what Ford did with the ‘22 screens though.
